His more recent successes have come over the last 10 years in the field of recruiting and executive search. Doug has placed top people in positions within many companies. Many of these companies have become more profitable and have been able to retain their employees.



Doug specializes in the manufacturing sector including automotive. He has also achieved success in aerospace, industrial, machining, and distribution companies.
