PHILOSOPHY: I love serving my clients to the highest degree possible in order to find them the best right-fit individuals for their needs. My goal is to overachieve both my client's and candidate's expectations. Therefore I intentionally limit my efforts to banking institutions in the greater Southwest.

EXPERIENCE: Fifteen years experience in the banking industry with a specialty in Human Resources. Including Senior Vice President/Director of Human Resources for two of the largest and highly respected Fortune 500 banking institutions. Stan is also a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and has presented many case studies and seminars in banking.

Stan Cain began his professional career as a compensation and benefits manager for Norwest Mortgage’s (now Wells Fargo) corporate offices in Des Moines Iowa. Several years later Stan moved to Memphis, Tennessee to take the role of SVP Human Resources Director for Boatmen’s National Mortgage and Boatmen’s Bank of Tennessee.

After completing the requirements to obtain certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Project Reengineering Specialist in 1996 Stan became SVP Human Resources Director of First Horizons Mortgage in Dallas, Texas. Continuing executive roles in banking and high-tech, pre-IPO start-up’s followed, as Stan expanded his career experience. Subsequently Stan became the top Banking Search Consultant in MRI’s office in North Phoenix with Sales Consultants of Phoenix-North.

Stan’s inside expert knowledge of bank compensation and staffing makes him the perfect Executive Search Consultant to identify and place top “A” executive players in key banking and finance positions.
