Don began his career with Bowest Mortgage Corporation, a subsidiary of the Bowery Savings Bank of New York. There he held numerous managerial and sales positions in mortgage origination’s, servicing, secondary marketing and administration. Subsequently, Don was CO-founder and Managing Partner of the Harvard Agency in Los Angeles, California, a nationally recognized top 10 financial recruitment organization and for five years was a National “Top Producing Pacesetter” with Management Recruiters International (MRI), the world’s largest Executive and Managerial Search and Recruitment organization. These experiences and other consulting roles to major super-regional and local financial, technology and Manufacturing businesses provided a depth of experience needed to truly understand his clients. His achievements in providing strategic human resource solutions to his clients across a broad spectrum of industries have earned him local, regional and national recognition.
