John Bukowicz brings more than 25 years of executive search and corporate experience to his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Consulting Associates, Inc.

Formerly, Mr. Bukowicz was Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Michigan practice of an international, retained search firm with offices across 40 countries.

Having conducted search engagements across multi-industry covering a range of specialized areas; Mr. Bukowicz also serves as a practice leader in the Technology, Automotive and Industrial sectors. His manufacturing and automotive experience encompasses operations, general management, international strategy, sales & marketing, purchasing, finance and information systems.

His industry exposure and experience however, has covered high technology, consumer products, healthcare, distribution and telecommunications. His clients include international conglomerates through closely held corporations including SAP AG and Sony Corporation.

With graduate degrees in Computer Science and Finance, combined with a professional career at large corporations, as well as in consulting with Plante & Moran, Mr. Bukowicz has acquired expertise within the information technology, engineering, operations and finance areas. This has been validated through his recruitment of Director level through CEO within these functional areas.

Throughout his search career, Mr. Bukowicz has been a hands-on consultant both anticipating and responding to client requirements, resulting in consistent repeat business. His human resource consulting background in position evaluation, executive compensation, organizational development and performance analysis provides a value-added benefit to his clients during an engagement.

Mr. Bukowicz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, as well as an MBA in Finance, and a second Master’s in Information Systems, all from Wayne State University.
