Karen Bryer, Vice President of Ahern Search Partners offers our clients a decade of recognized success in executive search, project management and human resources.

Perhaps of equal importance, her earlier career and experience outside of our industry gave her an excellent understanding of manufacturing, engineering and distribution. Over the past several years, she has also made contributions to the pharmaceutical and health care industries.

Before joining ASP, she served in our industry as a Senior Consultant with a major retained search firm, where she quickly rose to Director level. It was at this stage of her career that Karen began her close association with many of the nation's major pharmaceutical and health care organizations, developing a solid reputation that continues today.

Her current responsibilities as Vice President include significant contributions to business development, marketing, research and recruitment. She consults extensively on various human resource issues, focusing on personnel management, retention, diversity in the workplace, and other staffing issues.

Karen maintains an impressive list of professional affiliations. Among her duties, she is an active member of the local chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) and serves on the Diversity Committee.

Karen also serves on the Board of Directors for The Central Ohio Arthritis Foundation and has also served on The Workforce Initiative Committee for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

Karen is a graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a B.S. in Marketing.
