biography
Caroline is an honours Graduate of the Trinity College, Dublin (1994) where she specialised in Mental Science (1994). In addition, she holds a Masters Degree in Business Studies specialising in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin (Smurfit School of Business, 1998). Caroline is an active member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and has over 12 years extensive industry experience as a HR professional, including 5 years as a HR/IR Executive with the Irish Business & Employers Confederation (IBEC) and over 8 years industry experience to HR Director level within the services sector. She is currently an employer representative member of the Social Welfare Appeals Board, nominated by the Tainiste in 2002.
