Leticia is an Associate Director & Partner at Fesa responsible for conducting executive search projects in the Financial Services industries, such as Commercial Banks, Wholesale and Captive banks, Consulting Financial Services and Private Equity. Due to Fesa’s association with IIC Partners, she also conducts consulting projects in more than 60 business centers throughout the world. She began her career in Executive Search in 2007 at Fesa, developing projects for all market segments in Brazil’s south region. In 2008 she started to work as a specialist in Sao Paulo, leading projects for Financial Services, with a focus on wholesale. In early 2009 she migrated to Asap, one of the companies from Fesa’s Group, specialized in recruiting middle management executives, where she attended the start up of Porto Alegre’s office and subsequently worked as Advisor to the practice of Financial Markets in São Paulo. In early 2011 she returned to Fesa. She works with Human Resources since 2005. Leticia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRS), a MBA in People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a degree in Executive Coach from Integrated Coaching Institute (ICI). She is a native speaker of Portuguese and fluent in English.
