biography

Krista Bradford is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Good Search and also leads the firms recruiting research practice Intellerati. Ms. Bradford has successfully recruited board, senior executive and technology luminaries to clients that range from startups backed by top-tier venture capital firms to Fortune 100 corporations counted among the most powerful and successful media and technology companies in the world.

Before founding The Good Search, Ms. Bradford served as a three-time Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter and television journalist. She has held positions with WNBC and WWOR in New York as well as with stations in Boston, Denver, Los Angeles, and St. Louis. She is a former national news correspondent for “The Reporters” on the Fox Television Network and a senior correspondent Tribune’s nationally syndicated “Now It Can Be Told” series.

Ms. Bradford is an author, public speaker, and thought leader in executive talent acquisition. She studied at Harvard University and Columbia University, ultimately obtaining her BA in Liberal Arts at The New School.

Ms. Bradford lives in Westport, Connecticut with her husband Crispin Cioe, a renowned saxophonist, composer, co-founder of the horn section The Uptown Horns, and leader of the band Cracked Ice.
