Barry A. Bova, Senior Managing Partner, has completed a broad array of assignments in senior financial management and control for the last 25 years. His achievements in this area have firmly established him as a leading search professional. Before joining Kingsbury Wax Bova, LLC Mr. Bova was a partner at the executive search firm of E.J. Rhodes Associates, Inc., where he was responsible for the recruitment of senior financial managers.
Mr. Bova began his professional career at Federated Department Stores in New York City, where he held the position of financial manager.
