With over 20 years of sales and recruiting experience, Nan brings strong people skills, a positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the industry to HQS! These strong characteristics have played a significant role in Nan's success with both clients and candidates! Recently, Nan worked over 7 years as a Sr. Search Consultant with a Des Moines employment agency with a focus on accounting, finance, and human resources.





Prior to recruiting, Nan spent 10 years in the insurance field where she worked as Sales Producer with AmerUs and as an Investment Advisor at Nationwide. She held her licenses in Property & Casualty, Life, Accident and Health Insurance, as well as, Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Nan received her degree from the University of Northern Iowa. Go Panthers! She enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as volunteering in the community. Nan's focus is in the areas of accounting, finance, human resources, banking and office administration.
