Prior to Prolaurum, Pablo was Senior Associate of Heidrick & Struggles, where he specialized in practices such as Health, Technology, Industry & Manufacture. Since then, he has developed numerous top-level executive searches in the main countries of the region (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela & Mexico) and for different functional areas. Before joining this firm, Pablo held line and managerial positions in the Human Resources area for such companies as Trenes de Buenos Aires (TBA), Hospital Británico, and the Programa de Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo (PNUD). Pablo has a Bachelor degree in Sociology & Organizational Anthropology from Universidad de Buenos Aires, and a Masters degree in Human Resources from IDEA. He speaks Spanish and English.
