biography
Hale has 14 years of experience in human resources management and consulting. This includes 6 years experience in the banking sector as a Human Resources Specialist and more than 8 years as an Executive Search Consultant.
Hale has extensive experience in the design and management of recruitment processes and talent mapping. Since joining OneWorld Consulting in 2007, Hale has worked as a lead Consultant on various executive search projects across a wide range of industry sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, financial services, FMCG, industrial, manufacturing and telecommunications. Hale has also completed searches where she has identified and recruited talent in Central Asia, the Middle East and North Africa.
Hale has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Istanbul University and is fluent in Turkish and English.
