Frank has over 20 years experience in the executive search industry. He was the Chief Financial Officer for Cornerstone International Group, the world’s 4th largest executive search organization. Additionally, he is a past member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Board for Cornerstone.
Due to his expertise Frank was elected by his peers to lead the Financial Services Practice Group, and is also head of the Real Estate & Construction Practice Group.
Frank began his executive search career with Crowe Chizek. The initial searches focused on Accounting, Finance, Audit, Taxation, and Management Information Systems. Dozens of financial searches were completed every year in many industries. Search levels ranged from Director to CFO.
As his career progressed Frank expanded his expertise into following areas.

Frank’s academic credentials include a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University.
Prior to his distinguished career in executive search, Frank spent 10 years in public accounting and private practice with Waste Management, Textron, and Transamerica, where he worked with outside auditors from Arthur Andersen, Arthur Young, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche, and Coopers & Lybrand.
