Charles Belle Isle has been a Partner with Amrop Knightsbridge since June 2008. Prior to this, he was a Partner with Belle Isle Djandji, a leading executive search firm in Quebec that he founded in 1992 with Guy Djandji. Previously, he had his own executive search firm. His early career was in human resource management and labour relations with a food manufacturing company. Charles’ expertise is in identifying and attracting candidates with superior qualities. He has successfully completed search mandates in various sectors such as: financial services, customer goods, manufacturing, entertainment, media associations, healthcare and retail. Charles’ professional recruitment expertise is sought and valued by his clients. Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal and is a distinguished speaker at various conferences along with his social involvement in charitable organizations.
