Pamela Baird, Engagement Manager & Owner



Pamela Baird leads the firm’s office, based in North Eastern Ohio. She advises clients on leadership development, market trends, the broader talent acquisition agenda, combining her insights, experience and business acumen to effect sustainable change. We focus on mid to senior leadership, strategic initiative talent, and sales force development. Pamela helps healthcare clients that include Hospital Delivery Systems (acute, ambulatory, home healthcare & hospice, mental health). Her clients range from Fortune 500 organizations, regional systems, to small entrepreneurial ventures within the healthcare industry.

Prior to launching her first search firm, she has held positions with national nursing home chains, Nestle Clinical Nutrition (a Baxter JV). Most recently, before this venture, she held a senior level strategy position for a mental health residential farm community and completed human resource and marketing referral strategy consulting projects for a nursing home chain and a tele-health company.

About

Pamela is an international traveler, sports woman and mother of two teenage boys. She empowers woman entrepreneurs in a church small group she facilitates and is a member of IBM, a ministry alliance. Pamela seeks to be a catalyst of change to promote wellness. She has the ability not only to navigate but to anticipate change with high energy, professionalism, passion, resourcefulness and determination, bring a sense of optimism and urgency.

Education & Affiliates

Pamela earned an Executive Master of Business Administration in healthcare from Baldwin Wallace University. She currently serves on a Healthcare Advisory Board for her alma matter in addition to a council member for the MBA Association. She is a certified Brain Health Coach thru Amen University. She is a member of Healthcare Executives and the American Hospital Association.



Experience

Pamela knows healthcare. She possesses a depth and breadth of the system, having worked in or partnered with every market channel. While living in Wisconsin, she held an adjunct faculty position in a healthcare degree program (UIU), and has held Non-Profit Board positions, such as Passion for Change, “Go Red for Woman”, and a prior Trustee for her church.
