Gülven Aytekin is the partner of Amrop Turkey. Her clients cover a wide range of multinational and local prestigious companies. She is specialized in searches of Managing Director, Commercial Director, and Human Resources Director positions. She has studied Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Boğaziçi University. Before joining Amrop International, she worked at several industrial sites as Researcher for HR Department. She joined the Research Department of Amrop International as Research Consultant and continued as Consultant mainly focused on FMCG, Retail and Industrial sectors. She led top-level and mid-level searches in different sectors as well. She has interviewed more than 3.000 professionals from different sectors and compared them with excellent worldwide benchmarks. She is an active member of Automotive & Industrial Practice Group and she is the co-leader of Consumer & Retail Practice Group in Amrop Global team.
