Pinar Ates M.D. is the Partner of Amrop Turkey. She is specialized in Life Sciences practice. Pinar conducts senior level searches for a broad spectrum of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Consumer Healthcare and Health Information arenas as well as Large Managed Care Organisations and Major Medical Centers. Pinar works with the boards of large life sciences organizations to recruit directors and functional heads for both line and staff positions.
Prior to joining Amrop Pinar worked for an International Pharmaceutical company for 13 years and as Medical and Marketing Director in Turkey of the company for the last 5 years. She has 20 years of experience in life sciences arena in international and local pharmaceutical companies. Previously she has worked in Houston Texas in Heart transplant unit after her graduation. She also served as a medical advisor for Futures Group in collaboration with Family Health and Planning Foundation of Turkey (TAPV).
Pinar is a graduate of Hacettepe University School of Medicine and holds a Medical Doctor degree.
Pinar has an in-depth understanding of the life sciences area in the fields of clinical research, market access, registration, medical marketing and sales with a special focus on cardiovascular, oncology, anti-infectives, diabetology and CNS. These experiences have, accordingly, furnished her with sound benchmarking assets.
