biography

Ineke has been in Executive Search since she founded Hoffman & Associates in 1987. Prior to Executive Search, Ineke worked a.o. in Conference Management, Mergers & Acquisitions and Management Consulting. Her last experience in consulting was with a large American firm managing international projects, both in Europe and in South-America. She holds a degree in Simultaneous Translation from the Erasmus Hogeschool in Brussels and obtained an additional degree in Business Management from the Catholic University in Leuven. Throughout her career in Executive Search, Ineke has built up expertise in sectors such as EU Lobbying/Public Affairs, PR/Corporate Communications, Association Management, IT/Telco, Professional Services and Real Estate. She is representing the Belgian Executive Search profession as an active member in the Board of Directors of the Recruitment and Search department (RSS) of Federgon. Ineke speaks Dutch, English, French and Spanish.
