biography
Rick Arritola is Tyler Search Consultant’s Managing Director, based in Atlanta.   He is responsible for providing solutions for  our  client’s 
key  and  critical  staffing  needs located in the U.S. Southeast region.   He is also the Director for Tyler’s Global Trade practice on a 
national level.  Rick has been in  the Executive Search business since 1993, and has spent his recruiting career based in Miami,  FL; Lima, 
Peru; and since 1998 in Atlanta, GA.   His reputation for providing exceptional talent, and delivering them to a hire, is second to none.  
Rick has the knowledge and ability to quickly ascertain the qualifications of his candidates.  This allows him to provide qualified, proven, 
results-oriented professionals for your review in a timely manner. 
Another asset Rick brings to the table is having spent a year recruiting in South America.  This has allowed him to put his Global Trade
experience and expertise to the test, both abroad, and domestically.   Perhaps that’s why many of the world's largest global companies
manufacturers, retailers, distributors, and 3PLs request his services. 
Based on his comprehensive experience, Rick has become intimately familiar with the challenges and complexities that surround the 
Global Trade, Transportation, and Supply Chain/Logistics arena.  Whether  your need is in import/export trade compliance, international

Rick graduated from Florida International University (Miami, FL) where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree  in Business  Management.
Additionally,  he  is  also  an  active  member  in  the  Council of Logistics Management, Society of Human Resource Management, Society of Logistics Engineers, Warehousing Education & Research Council, has been published in “The Wall Street Journal”,
and stays up to date on all the latest industry trends.
