An eleven year veteran of executive search, Diane's practice includes senior management and executive positions across a variety of executive functions and industries. Immediately prior to joining McCracken & Partners, Diane was with a boutique search firm specializing in retained search for rapidly growing, mid-sized companies. Prior to that, she was a Senior Recruiter and Team Leader in Bank of Montreal Financial Group’s in-house recruiting firm, where she gained valuable experience and insight into the hiring issues and practices in the world of internal corporate recruiting.
