Lace Archibald, a former Deloitte & Touche LLP tax professional turned executive recruiter, spearheaded the launch of ML&R Personnel Solutions LLC. She earned her bachelor of science in business and public administration (marketing concentration) from The University of Texas at Dallas and her masters in accountancy from the University of Houston. Upon graduation Lace's introduction into the staffing industry was with a small boutique-like staffing firm in Houston that provided accounting services. An opportunity to start up and manage an international search firm brought her to Austin in 1996. In July 1998 she partnered with Maxwell Locke and Ritter (Austin's premier local CPA firm) to focus on building internal firm recruiting and to spearhead the launch of ML&R Personnel Solutions LLC. Lace is an active Board Member of CCAPC and TAPC.
