Alejandra is the Regional Chairman for Cornerstone International Group in Central and South America. Founding partner and President of HUMANITAS, Global Executive Search.

Counselor and Chair of Human Capital Committee & Member of Nominating Committee of Boards of AmCham Chile (American Chamber of Commerce); founder Member of the Chilean Chapter of WCD (Women Corporate Directors); Counselor of the Senior Management Network of Universidad del Desarrollo.

Since 1994, she has dedicated to search and consulting of C-level executives and board members, having worked in Latam, Europe, North America, among others. The Economist Intelligence Unit named her a “Leading Consultant”.

Highly visible in the Chilean business community, Alejandra has been recognized several times by El Mercurio as one of the 100 women leaders in Chile, being her last nomination in 2012.
