Carlos specializes in the recruitment and placement of professional-technical individuals in the Manufacturing industry in Mexico and U.S.
Carlos has a background in placing national and international professionals along the U.S. and Mexican border within the manufacturing (Maquiladora) industry. Carries a strong technical expertise managing the areas of engineering, manufacturing, quality and R&D, dealing with the corporate offices in the U.S. to launch specialized search assignments at the offshore twin plants. Additional experience includes working with corporate Fortune-500 and pre-IPO Medical Device companies developing the technical niche of product development and governmental compliances in the U.S., Canada and The UK. Carlos’s philosophy is to identify and advise career market trends and opportunities to prominent customers and successful candidates. Carlos holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the ITESO University, Guadalajara.
