Greg McLogan possesses 20+years of professional search and human resources experience, concentrating on recruitment, staffing and talent acquisition.

Greg formerly served as the Vice President of VPML Executive Search, Inc., a Kalamazoo based firm which he co-founded in 2003 before joining forces with the WilliamCharles Search Group in 2009.

His background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hillsdale College and experience working in Chicago, Illinois for a search firm and in corporate Human Resources; as well as in-house recruiting stints at the Stryker Corporation and First of America, now known as PNC/National City Bank.

Greg has a true passion for the search business; has been trained in various talent based interview techniques, and is known within the industry for working hard to develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships, while providing valuable insight with key hiring decisions. He has assisted companies both large and small with the acquisition of talent for positions requiring specific industry or technical experience and education.

He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Kalamazoo has been involved with the local Chamber of Commerce, West Michigan Sigma Chi Alumni Association, and the Kalamazoo Human Resources Management Association (KHRMA). Greg also serves on the Task Force Board of the newly formed "Kalamazoo Area Young Professionals Group" (KAYP). In 2005, he was named as one of West Michigan’s "Top Business Leaders under the age of 40" by Business Review. In 2007, Greg was also selected to serve on the Advisory Board for the "101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For in West Michigan." He currently serves as President of the Southwest Michigan Professional Network (SMPN).
