Technical Search Corporation is a 21-year-old Richmond-based Company specializing in the search and recruitment of permanent Information Systems/Computer professionals. Our objective is to provide our client companies with qualified candidates that fully satisfy their requirements. To accomplish these objectives we utilize a two-pronged approach:

(1) We engage in detailed discussions with the company to determine exactly what skills are needed, including a thorough description of the position, the department, the company, and those aspects which make their organization unique;

(2) Each applicant is then thoroughly interviewed and completes a technical skill analysis. As part of our screening process, detailed reference checks are conducted with technical peers, former employers and personal contacts to assure and confirm the applicant's abilities and intentions.

We then assimilate the available information and determine whether a match exists. Only then do we proceed to refer the candidate to our client. Although this qualification and selection process requires an extra effort on our part, we have found that it is the only way to make absolutely sure that the Tech Search professional that is hired is the best available.
