History:
In 1998 Marci Schnapp founded New Media Links, she built New Media Links, with a team of 8 people into a successful recruitment firm focusing exclusively in the New Media and eCommerce sectors. Among New Media Links clients were MSN, Microsoft, CIBC, AOL Canada, Rogers Communications, Bell Canada, Dell, US Bank, MacLaren McCann, World Vision Canada, Royal LePage, Remax and ING Direct.

She went on to create several successful divisions Xsearch – Executive Search for eBusiness, @Work Solutions for contract employees and TalentQuest retained recruitment.

In December 2010, armed with the exclusive Canadian rights to a revolutionary new assessment tool then called Role-Based Assessment, now Teamability® she launched TeamQuest Systems; based on her experience and the knowledge that employers sighted finding and selecting the right “fit” people-wise was their biggest challenge.
