SUMMERFIELD ASSOCIATES, INC., is an award winning and nationally recognized leader in the consulting, recruiting, and staffing industry. Formed in July of 1989 as a Tennessee corporation duly chartered to perform as a professional recruiting and personnel services consulting firm, the company operates to serve employer clients throughout the country.



Our staff has a total of over 50 years of combined experience in the industry and specializes in contingency search recruiting assignments in the areas of Information Technology, Human Resources, Marketing, Distribution and Logistics, Telecommunications, and Corporate Attorneys. Client companies frequently utilize SUMMERFIELD ASSOCIATES, INC. on an exclusive basis to assist them in identifying highly specialized individuals for their staff openings. We offer direct hire, contract or contract-for-hire services.



We also provide Outplacement and Spousal Employment Assistance services. The basis for this program, "SEARCH FOR SUCCESS, A Self-Directed Job Search Program," was developed by company President, Dotty Summerfield. Additionally, we provide screening services for candidates who have applied for positions with our client companies.



We offer a guarantee for our placement services and fees. SUMMERFIELD ASSOCIATES, INC. does not recruit any candidate who has been placed by our firm. As committed supporters of our community, we are members of the Memphis Area Chamber of Commerce. We belong to the National Personnel Associates Cooperative Network, an association of over 350 independently owned recruiting firms. Active as a member of both the Tennessee Association of Personnel Services and the National Association of Personnel Services, we adhere to the strict Code of Ethics of these organizations.
