RSW Executive Search was estalished at the beginning of 2002. The firm was started by Alan Blum, a wall street veteran with 15 years experience. During those 15 years, Mr. Blum worked in a varieity of discplines allowing him to get a very broad exposure to the workings of a large investment bank. There areas included systems development, structured finance, derivative trading and quantiative analysis. Mr. Blum not only held line positions, but also managed and built various groups, including the fixed income analytics group at one of the top investment banks in the world. Based upon Mr. Blum's experience and exposure, RSW has been created to provide clients with a recruiting firm that can speak their language, best understand the positions they are trying to fill and ultimately has the contacts to identify the people they need to see.
