Redden & McGrath was established in 1981 and has focused on mid to senior level retained search assignments crossing a number of industries and functional areas. Our success is dependent on the development of partnerships with our clients who include us on their “team” and whose confidence and trust we greatly value and continually earn.

We are committed to the highest standard of client service. Every assignment receives full priority and effort regardless of the degree of difficulty or level. We have been privileged to work with a variety of clients and have built a diverse portfolio of functional expertise. Most of our assignments come from repeat business from established clients or professional referrals.

During our earliest years we concentrated on marketing related assignments from leading consumer products organizations. We built a strong Marketing Research practice which remains a sub-specialty. In the late 1980’s we began to expand into direct marketing and subsequently grew our areas of functional expertise. This has resulted in the development of concentrations in the areas of direct response marketing; strategic/corporate/product development; database and market sciences; television programming, distribution and production; and others that continue as an important part of our portfolio.
