Jim Klinzing started his recruiting career in 1985 working for a large national corporation. He was responsible for recruitment, sales training and revenue growth for a sales division of branch offices in the United States. Jim grew his division to the top 12% in the nation. His primary branch sales office was recognized as the top one or two out of 500 in the nation for several years. After 13 successful years Jim joined one of the top national and international recruiting search firms, Management Recruiters International (MRI) in 1998. Jim consistently ranked in the top 10% of recruiters out of 5,000 nationwide in the company. Jim also obtained CSAM certification which is only achieved by the upper 5% of recruiters within MRI. In 2001 his team ranked 15th in the company nationwide in his industry. In April, 2002 Jim started his own search firm, Recruiting Solutions of Wisconsin. On January 1, 2006 our company name changed to Recruiting Solutions Network.

Dennis Kotloski joined Recruiting Solutions in 2005 bringing 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry to the organization. On January 1, 2006 Dennis started his own company called RSN USA. Dennis specializes in the placement of Management, Sales, and Engineering personnel into Manufacturing, Plastics, Medical, and Capitol Equipment Industries. During his tenure at Management Recruiters International he served in several capacities to include Branch Manager, Technical Group Manager, and Team Leader. Dennis also obtained CSAM certification which is only achieved by the upper 5% of recruiters within MRI. Prior to recruiting Dennis was involved in the capitol equipment arena specializing in automation. He served in several roles including Regional Manager, Sales Manager, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Dennis utilizes his vast experience and strong networks in the industry to provide the best talent available to his clients and to secure the best opportunities for his candidates.
