ProfessionalSourcing brings experienced executives to your engineering, finance and accounting recruiting effort, along with a team of experienced sourcers. We have the perspective born of almost 20 years each of genuine functional, management and leadership experience. We have been recruiting for our own teams and functions and for other functions within our companies. We, along with our executive peers, our boards and our investors have had to live with the results of our hiring. To say you learn a lot about people and hiring in that environment is an understatement. Traditional recruiters simply have no such experience.

We all know that the recruiting industry is not known for great service or, often, results.
