Larry Cox founded Premier Recruiting Associates in 1996, after twenty-five years experience in top level human resources and administrative positions. Premier’s staff comes from a variety of backgrounds and industries allowing us to shift gears quickly and place multiple jobs at one time without losing focus on any.

Premier Recruiting Associates performs primarily Retained Searches. This allows us to focus the necessary time and effort associated with finding the high-level positions that you need filled immediately. However, under certain circumstance, we will perform Contigency Searches.
