Introduction

The PerforMAN group has been established in 2003 with the aim of forming a consulting service-centre providing high quality of service based on the leadership and HR-consulting experience of its founders.

The choice of the group’s name reflects our efforts to this effect as well.



Since the day our group was established, we search for and select highly-qualified personal, primarily for leadership or specialist positions.



Beside this area, our TalentSelection division which complements our

manager-seeking work, but operates independently, has also been established. In the framework of this division our consultants primarily search for and select direct manager-support, subordinate and reserve personal. We pay special attention to the improvement of the application success of our candidates as well. (KarrierTréner).



Beside our Search and Selection projects, we provide personalized counselling for executives and company-managers, in order to provide them with easier ways to reach their goals.
