Monarch Technology Management focuses on three primary recruiting areas, all arising from our experience and contacts in founding, growing and selling an international software company.

1. Mainframe and related positions.

In the IBM mainframe world, we recruit for positions ranging from systems programmers to sales professionals to Vice Presidents. Companies call on us because of our technical knowledge and experience when they need help finding talent in specialties and specialized technologies.

Our friends and customers have increasingly called upon us to fill positions in technologies surrounding (and sometimes supplanting) the mainframe such as Windows NT, UNIX, and Linux. 2. Web Technologies.

Monarch's founder, Rick Nashleanas, grew several Internet ventures in the early 90's along with growing his personal Internet technology experience through designing, coding, and implementing numerous Internet projects over the last decade. Our combination of intimate technology knowledge, business acumen and contacts in the industry provide you with a unique entree into off-the-radar-screen opportunities.

3. Software and technology company positions.

Simply due to the fact that we have founded and grown a software company, other software companies and internet startups have found our experience valuable in meeting the unique staffing challenges of positions ranging from CEO to sales executives to technicians.
