Our focus is on high-level talent for the Pharmaceutical Advertising and Medical Communications industries; including Medical Education and Pharmaceutical Market Research. Imperative Resources is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), which gives us access to one of the largest network of recruiters in the country. Additionally, we travel continuously throughout the US, meeting our candidates & clients and networking through various affiliations. We are members of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA), the Medical Marketers Association, Healthcare Marketing and Communications Council, and the Mid-West Healthcare Marketing Association.
