Humanitas Executive Search is Cornerstone's member company in Santiago, Chile.  The firm was formed by a team with a long history and experience in the market devoted to the search of top executives.

Based on a thorough knowledge of the market tendencies and the means to provide an appropriate profile for each organization, Humanitas has advised leading economic groups, multinationals, and large public and private industries in the challenges of  transformation, diversification and growth.

We have a broad contact network locally and internationally. This permits us to conduct a comprehensive search of suitable candidates for each organization and has led us to build a history supported by hundreds of successful cases for the positions of Directors, CEOs, General Managers, Key Corporate Positions and Area Managers.

Our task is also focused on the import and export of executives, having positioned local candidates abroad and foreign executives in Chile.
