We provide direct recruiting services for international companies. Our approach is to identify and directly contact engineers, managers and c-level candidates via telephone where possible. We defer from other recruiting firms by strictly following the direct search rules alongside the use of modern communication technology - which is not conflicting. As to our approach we mainly work on a retained basis.
