We employ specialist researchers who have mostly worked in the relevant industries and use GE bases competencies methodology to form robust documentation that provides your first interview as an opportunity to get to grips with detail as the candidates will all be totally pre-qualified.

We aim for a ratio of less than 3 client interviews to each offer (this reduces to less than 2 for established clients.)
