- After the range of total 1st year’s cash compensation is determined, the percentage fee is established. That % is applied against the targeted total cash to be paid within the first 12 months of employment and the actual dollar fee is determined. That dollar fee is fixed and is not influenced by any variation in a candidate's actual compensation package.

- Compensation of multiple positions contracted for within 1 year may be aggregated to lower the total fee. Those positions do not need to be the same discipline or level.

- Invoicing Schedule and Milestones:

~ 1/3 after the client reviews and approves the sourcing document

~ 1/3 after the client receives and accepts 3 candidates for consideration

~ 1/3 after the client has received an acceptance of the offer
