The focus of my work is partnering with CEOs and CFOs who seek exceptionally capable HR leaders and with heads of HR who seek to build outstanding teams. My work consists primarily of repeat business from satisfied clients and new partnerships with those who have learned of my work from these clients.When I am asked to lead a search, I am fully responsible for and engaged with every aspect of strategy setting as well as tactical search implementation.

I enjoy the hunt for hard to find, outstanding talent, as well as the intuitive work of discerning a great cultural fit. When I am partnering with each client, I am mindful that I am representing them with each and every action that I take on their behalf.
