Ericksen & Assoc. is a small, boutique executive search firm, based in the Pacific Northwest. We have been in the retail search industry for more than 28 years, with an emphasis in inventory management and merchandising. However, we are capable of performing searches in all retail capacities. Our exeperience and reputation have been built on a measurable standard of reliability.

As a smaller retained firm, we are able to execute searches quickly and with a high level of success. Our size also allows us to be accomadating and flexible to our clients, many of whom are multi-billion, multi-national corporations. As well, we are equally adept at working with mid-size, regional companies.
