Dynamic Synergy is a team of experienced search professionals working together to build high-performance executive teams for growth and startup technology ventures. We focus on search execution, delivering high quality results very quickly, and being client referencable.

· Founded in 1990, we work closely with Entrepreneurs and the Venture Capital community on searches in the areas of Enterprise Software, Internet Infrastructure, and Networking/Communications. About half of our clients have been acquired or have gone public, creating a liquidity event for investors. We have been a featured search firm on webpages of ArrowPath Venture Capital, Benchmark Capital, and Garage Technology Ventures.

· We focus on high impact, C-level and Vice President level searches. Candidates are discovered through original research, custom designed for each engagement. Our advantage is a strong database and network of contacts resulting from over a decade of operating experience. This enables us to provide a short cycle time for most searches.

· As a boutique search firm specializing in startup companies, we virtually eliminate potential client conflicts with established public companies that represent great sourcing opportunities. This is contrary to the hands-off issues that restrict larger national organizations.

· We engage in a limited number of assignments, resulting in the highest possible level of personal commitment, service, and accountability on each search project. All recruiting efforts and contacts are made by an experienced search consultant - search responsibility is not delegated to administrative staff.
