Established in 1989 in Montreal, Quebec, CFT inc. has gone through several evolutions within the High Tech - Human Resources industry.

Since 1994, CFT headquarters have been situated at 1600 Notre Dame Ouest, Suite 203 in Montreal, Quebec and have served as a “virtual office” to many various customers in the industry, according to their needs.

Our services have evolved from basic recruitment to a full turnkey human resources department, due to the long-term relationship and loyalty that was established with our customers. Consulting services have developed from numerous customers’ requests and the expertise gained over the years, as well as, our representatives and consultants’ many years of direct experience in the industry.

CFT has been providing services throughout Canada, Europe and Asia, either in a “virtual mode” or the standard out-sourced resource, stationed at the client site. Services are always tailor made and specific to our customer requirements, in order to respect the customer’s corporate culture.
