overview

Bay Search Group is in its twenty-third year in business. We view this accomplishment with some pride considering the ups and downs of the economy in that period and the fact that many of our competitors have not survived the vagaries of the market. We have survived because we are small, automated and we have focused our recruiting on a narrow skill set.

That focus is the IS/IT arena which takes us into every sector of the economy. We place software engineers, DBAs, application developers, systems support and communications experts, program managers and web masters and architects at all levels. Our client base includes major financial institutions, manufacturers, retail distributors and, in the last six months, our focus has been shifting to a growing list of B2B, B2C dot com clients. Also, through our membership with National Personnel Associates, NPA we are networked with other recruiters located across the United States, Canada, Europe and the Pacific Rim, we are able to locate candidates for clients on four continents.

Finding employees in this tight market is hard work. Good candidates are scarce, they do not stay on the market long and they can be demanding. We try hard to present candidates who are well qualified and enthusiastic about the prospect of joining our clients' teams. We work closely with our clients and consider ourselves an extension of their business, acting as an advocate and broker to attract the best talent available. We require candid and quick responses to keep the process moving to a successful conclusion.

The partnerships we form with our client companies and the credibility we have with the candidates have created our success and longevity in this competitive market.
