Barbachano International, Inc. (BIP) was formed in 1992 to help multi-national companies with Mexico operations cope with their recruitment needs and human resource problems. Since then, BIP has expanded its focus to companies throughout the U.S.A. with multi-cultural workforces, Spanish speaking target markets and/or Latin American business involvement. BIP provides executive recruitment, training, HR and manufacturing consulting services. We are headquartered in San Diego, California and also have office representation in Tijuana, Mexico and Mexico City. Our staff consists of 6 Search Consultants, 1 Training & Development Consultant, 1 Lean/Productivity Improvement Consultant, 3 Administrative Specialists and 2 Research Assistants.

Today, BIP is the marketplace leader for careers in Mexico. Our expertise has been built by providing key HR support to more than 60 successful start-up operations in Mexico and the completion of more than one thousand successful marriages between companies and people. The industries we service include Manufacturing, R&D, Logistics, Energy/Telecommunications and other sectors. Our expertise within manufacturing includes automotive, aerospace, plastics, consumer products, electronics, metals, medical devices, food processing and textiles, amongst many others.
