William G. Robertshaw, founder of the company in 1969 (retired) had 27 years of experience in Executive Search in Portugal.
Rui P.Garrido, (55) Managing Director, currently main partner, has 24 years of experience in Executive Search and 7 in Human Resources Management.
Other consultants who are used as needed for specific assignments all have at least 10 years of experience.
The selection and recruitment methods used by ROBERTSHAW & ASSOCIATES start with the working out of a complete Job Description and its translation into a specification that fully describes an ideal candidate.
Then, using their intimate knowledge of the personnel market, they determine where (in what country, industry, company) the most promising candidates can be found.
In the main phase, ROBERTSHAW & ASSOCIATES identifies possible candidates, using their knowledge, judgement and special relationships with people who could consider a move but do not want to advertise the fact.

And finally, the client is presented with between three and five selected candidates who can successfully fill the position in question.
