We are a contingency based search firm, specializing in the placement of information technology professionals. Our clients are mostly Chicagoland based and are primarily Fortune 500 in size. We provide permanent placement, contract and contract for hire arrangements. All candidates are pre-screened and pre-qualified for all positions listed by our clients. LBA & Associates currently has nine full-time recruiters working at our location in Barrington. Each recruiter has an average of approximately five years with LBA & Associates. All of our recruiters are degreed and almost half have advanced degrees. Each recruiter at LBA works with approximately four to five major clients only. We feel this is necessary and appropriate in maintaining the highest quality and standard of service that each of our clients deserves. LBA’s fee for service is also backed by our standard guarantee. Our fee is established between the client and our recruiters. LBA & Associates uses a shared system approach to recruiting, where all nine recruiters work together in sharing candidate databases. This insures a timely representation of the most qualified and available candidates to our clients. Our close ratio of offers given and accepted is 92% … we are very proud of this accomplishment.
