After seven years with major search firms such as Heidrick & Struggles, where he led that firm’s Global IT Services and Software Practice, A.T. Kearney Executive Search where he led their Global Advanced Technology Practice, and Russell Reynolds Associates where he led that firm’s U.S. Telecom Practice, Rick formed Eagle Ridge Partners to provide clients with the same level of professionalism historically available only through the major search firms, but with the market focus, flexibility, personal service and attention to detail that has become increasingly difficult to provide within those firms.
Rick personally sets the strategy, oversees the research, phones all sources and prospects, interviews and presents every candidate, makes all reference calls and conducts all client communications on each and every search.
