DNN CONSULTING
"DNN Consulting" is a consulting firm based in Chennai, with interest in Executive Search and Managing Change in the services sector. DNN when expanded stands "Dedicated Neural Networks" which reflects the core value of the organization, which is networking, building trust based relationships, and matching purposes with needs.
The firm is spearheaded by me, having a professional degree supplemented by cross functional expertise obtained through a career spanning over sixteen years prior to consulting business; holding responsible positions in leading firms such as BHEL, UTI, Liberty Oil Mills and Apollo Hospitals Group. In the Apollo Group HR management was my core area in Hotels and Hospitals belonging to them. The experience meant getting the best out of people, retaining them, fostering productive organizational climate, conflict resolution and finally developing people and organizations.
I moved into General Management and have been associated with setting up of a Multi Speciality Hospital on a turnkey basis for Apollo's clients. Thereafter, I served two contracts in Hospitals in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
DNN was formally launched in June 1997 with the mission of giving value to our customers by providing them with high caliber professionals after careful research and mining our existing network of contacts, with least turn-around time. With this philosophy, our team has performed successfully several executive search and head hunting assignments. To name a few of our distinguished clientele who have used our services:
