Mr. Rowley served as President and Chief Operating Officer of the parent company and Managing Director of its UK subsidiary. Prior to this, Mr. Rowley completed a 20-year career as a Communications-Electronics Officer in the United States Army. He worked in a variety of high profile technology positions, which culminated in his appointment as Project Manager for the $250 million Operation Desert Storm communications system (Defense Communications System Central Area). Mr. Rowley is an active participant in a number of civic and community organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors for DeKalb Technical College and Shop'n Chek Europe Ltd. Mr. Rowley holds a Masters Degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of West Georgia.
